We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team as a Student Admission Counsellor and Marketing Associate. This dual-role position is crucial for our growth, combining direct client engagement with creative marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals and comfortable with both direct sales and digital content creation.
- Provide expert guidance to prospective international students on Canadian colleges, universities, and admission processes.
- Assist students and their families in selecting appropriate programs and institutions based on their academic background and career aspirations.
- Manage the end-to-end application process, including document preparation and submission.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements and study permits for international students.
Client Outreach and Cold Calling:
- Conduct proactive cold calls to prospective students to generate leads and introduce Noble Education Group's services.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective students and families.
Social Media Video Creation:
- Record engaging video content for our social media channels (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
- Create videos that highlight success stories, provide tips on the application process, showcase Canadian campus life, and promote our services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with our brand voice and marketing strategy.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in admission counselling, sales, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, professional phone presence.
- A creative mindset with the ability to produce compelling and engaging video content.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A high degree of empathy and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
